1. Platform Use

By accessing or using Quelea, you agree to: Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or otherwise unauthorised. Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise Quelea’s systems or AI models. Not share, resell, or redistribute platform data or reports without express permission.

2. Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of the content you upload to Quelea. By uploading content, you grant Quelea a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content and engagement data for: Platform operation and improvement Training and evaluation of Quelea’s proprietary AI models Compliance and reporting

3. Use of Content for AI Training

All uploaded content (including video, audio, transcripts, and performance analytics) may be used for training or fine-tuning Quelea’s machine learning models to improve the platform’s features, accuracy, and security. Content and data used for model training will remain within Quelea’s secure environment and will not be used for unrelated or external model training.

4. Termination

Quelea reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, upload prohibited content, or engage in system abuse.
